These Terms govern use of Padelkarte (website, map listings, and notification features that include weekly newsletter content). By using this website, you accept these Terms.

Padelkarte provides information about tournaments and clubs based on publicly available sources. Content may change at any time and may contain delays or inaccuracies.
3. Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, completeness, or error-free operation. Maintenance, third-party outages, and technical issues may temporarily limit access.
4. User Obligations
- Do not misuse the website or attempt unauthorized access.
- Do not interfere with technical operation (including scraping abuse or automated attacks).
- Provide a valid email address when subscribing to notifications.
5. Notifications and Newsletter
Notifications are sent only after explicit consent. The weekly newsletter section is part of these notifications. You can unsubscribe any time through the unsubscribe link in each email. Delivery time and successful receipt are not guaranteed.
